60 minutes and under: May be best for targeted or focused work on specific areas.

75 minutes (our base session): May allow for a full-body therapeutic treatment with enough time to address focus areas.

90–120 minutes: May be ideal for deeper integration, combination therapies, or when multiple areas need attention.

Yes, our providers practice within a clinical and ethical scope. Bodywork may support individuals with medical conditions, but we always tailor techniques to your needs and collaborate with healthcare providers when needed. For pregnancy, specialized positioning and techniques are used for comfort and safety.

We do not accept or bill insurance. However, receipts are always available if you wish to submit them to your provider or use them for personal records.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. This respects both our providers’ time and the needs of other clients. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.
