Hand+Heart Massage and Wellness Co. was founded in 2022 by Springfield native Cedric Townsend, who continues to own and operate the practice today. What began as Cedric’s personal journey of health, education, and self-discovery has grown into a space dedicated to helping others find restoration and connection within themselves.

 

Created in his hometown of Springfield, Tennessee, Hand+Heart was born out of a desire to bring holistic health into a community where such care had not been widely accessible. Cedric’s background as a graduate of the Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies and his lifelong ability to hold safe, supportive space laid the foundation for the practice.
